Chapnik And Giesen Collaboration
Overview
I collaborated on a project for a long period of time at Dev Navigate. Here, I developed many functionalities, new views, endpoint creations, cron job functionalities and email deliveries. This project consisted of administration and accounting systems for the purchase and sale of real estate in Madrid, Spain. This application was a great challenge for me at times because the application was very large and was divided into 3 different applications. As a developer, we often had to be very careful to keep the system from crashing the servers while developing new features or fixing bugs all the time. One of my biggest challenges in this project was migrating an entire database of static files from a VPS to an Azure storage account in production, which was a big job. Additionally, I worked with Power Automate flows and DocuSign flows to handle PDF files and sign them, among many other functionalities related to all the paperwork and laws of the country.

This project was developed as part of a thesis presentation at a local university. The original description within the thesis document included the following: “The system provides a perspective of the sets of elements that are interconnected, a web tool to organize the work landscape and plan the tasks to be completed, avoiding the hassle of paperwork within the department, improving procedures.” The project was based on solving a management problem within a local clinical laboratory.
Muscurehab
A small project developed in record time for a local physiotherapy center. The app's functionality was simple: users could register their profile, select the type of injury they had and its location on the body. Based on this information, the app would recommend specific exercises, and at the end, there was a feedback modal to evaluate the progress of their recovery.
Julio Toledo Perfil IOS / ANDROID
JulioToledo Perfil is a mobile project designed to make life easier for people who want to participate in castings for this film and series production company in Mexico. Although it is still under development, it’s shaping up to be one of my best projects due to the scalable and maintainable structure I am implementing with TypeScript and pure React Native to deliver a high-quality product.
